The only thing that has held Storm back from becoming the Alley's youngest General, is himself. Not willing to give up the battle-field, he sits as General Felix Highlander's second in command. The position allows him the opportunity to pick battles that are worthy of him.
Within the Alley, he's known for being a strict and unforgiving commander, but he is also one of the best they have. With a reputation that can silence a room when he enters, his mere presence can be a game changer. Even the vampire community fears him, regarding him with as much respect as they do terror. The reasons behind this are unknown, but it is an asset the Alley utilizes well.
Where Lieutenant Wolf is called on for assassinations, Storm is called on when they need a powerful vampire brought in alive.
Few have seen any hint of emotion from the Colonel. It's commonly believed that the only one he has felt is anger, and even that is tightly controlled.
Lieutenant Wolf is one of the rare people who have gained Storm's respect. He sees her as the only person within the Alley that he can relate to. Letting his guard down around her, he reveals himself to be a far more complex man than what he lets on. In many regards, the two are alike, only where Wolf has learned to make the best of her situation, Storm has been hardened by whatever happened in a past he won't speak of.

Music plays a large role in my creativity. From time to time I find songs that I feel reflect the characters, scenes or relationships within the book. This is one of those:
Storm's Theme
