The Ukhozi
Stories of the Ukhozi have been passed down for over ten-thousand years, yet no one knows what he is. The man is often seen dressed and black robes and claims to be a Priest of the Prophet, yet his life extends well before the existence of the Prophecy.
Through time, the Ukhozi has only ever appeared during times of great significance. He is often seen offering advice to those who are integral to the events that are about to transpire.
The last time he made his presence known was over a thousand years ago when the Magnate called all the Paragon together to combat a terrible threat. Though he'd simply expressed his wish to observe, it was noted by the conclave that the Ukhozi seemed predominantly interested in a Paragon known as the Ancient.
Within days, two Paragon were dead, including the Ancient herself. It is believed that the Ukhozi taught her how to destroy the souls of other Paragons, a power that allowed her to end the threat. In using it however, her own soul was damaged so badly that she has not been reborn since.
Since the birth of Michael Bayne, the Ukhozi has appeared repeatedly, often offering advice to the god who seems to want nothing more than to be rid of him.
